Even would-be Dark Lords made mistakes from time to time, Tom mused to himself, jerking away from the bared teeth of Fenrir Greyback as the werewolf pounded into him from behind.
Fenrir was in human form, and the bite could not cause much injury to one as powerful as Tom Riddle had now become, but still, Tom did not care to be on the receiving end of any pain right then. His mood was veering towards wanting to be the one to inflict copious amounts of agony on anybody who got on the wrong side of him – for several days afterwards, just like the time before this, errant minions would find themselves felled by the Cruciatus curse, or perhaps worse. It depended on how angry they made Tom.
These sessions with Fenrir had started out as a test of the werewolf’s strength and Tom’s endurance of suffering. But Tom found himself craving the sex more and more each time, against his own will.
Yes, perhaps all this was a mistake, and it was one that Tom could not – or would not – easily rectify.
Fandom: Harry Potter
Many saw Severus Snape as a cold-natured, bitter and twisted person, but not everybody viewed him in that way. Especially not the man who had been a mentor to the Potions Master for so long, and was perhaps the sole human being in the world who still believed in Severus and his goodness of heart, deep down.
Anyone else who approached Severus with any warmth in their eyes or words may very well have been turned away with a vicious sneer for their trouble. But there would never be any rebuff for Albus Dumbledore, even when the older man’s invitations for tea and sweets and “perhaps a drop of something stronger” were mainly brought about by the sentimental prompting of the Christmas season.
Maybe Albus was the only person alive still capable of melting the frost in Severus’ heart.

Warnings: Implied threesome, a bit of coarseness. Was meant to be hurt/comfort but insisted on being funny despite my intentions – apologies for that! :O
It had promised to be as miserable a Christmas as usual for Severus Snape. He had been preparing for the usual dismal loneliness and long, dark nights lying awake in his cold single bed with only his regrets for company, the only joy to be had being the chance to strip house points from any non-Slytherin students staying at Hogwarts for the Yuletide season.
But then things had taken a turn for the better, and he was eternally grateful, though there were precious few he would admit that aloud to.
Being invited to spend Christmas at Malfoy Manor with Lucius and Walden – Narcissa having gone on some excursion with Draco that Lucius had no interest in participating in – was an unexpected pleasure. The fine wines, the sumptuous food, and the company of like-minded adults instead of whining, snivelling brats were an excellent diversion from Snape’s customary broody thoughts. And although Snape would complain vociferously about Walden’s snoring and tendency to fart in bed, and Lucius’ habit of stealing all the blankets, he enjoyed the feeling of two other bodies entwined with his in bed, close and comforting.
Fandom: H.P. Lovecraft’s “The Case of Charles Dexter Ward”
Pairing/Characters: Simon Orne/Charles Dexter Ward, Joseph Curwen/Simon Orne
Warnings: Implied sex
The smooth skin beneath Simon Orne’s hands felt so familiar, and the young one’s kisses possessed all the ardour of his late progenitor’s, but the eyes of Charles Dexter Ward lacked the wicked light that Joseph’s had been wont to sparkle with, and his mind, though brimming with intelligence and curiosity, was still that of an innocent, hindered by conventional ideas of good and evil.
Seducing the boy had been simple enough, but it would take a lengthy apprenticeship with Edward Hutchinson in Transylvania to make Charles in any way worthy to be a part of the grand plans that would some day affect not only all of mankind, but the entire cosmos.
As much as Simon enjoyed bedding this beautiful young man, he felt no sorrow at soon having to relinquish him. If all went to plan, Simon would some day be reunited with the man he truly craved, and would not have to make do with an attractive yet barely adequate substitute.
